Computer Waste Limited have been in business since 2005, in which time we have been providing our customers with a high level of service for collecting, sanitizing and recycling redundant IT and WEEE equipment.

Our facility is located on a business complex in Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. The complex features 24/7 CCTV coverage and onsite security within it's gated compound.

Security & Accreditation

Internally, CWL continuously record all activity using our own CCTV systems and alarm system which alerts us to any unusual activity.

Our company undergoes annual audits for our two ISO accreditations that we hold to ensure that we are compliant with our practices and processes.

Care and attention is our priority

We take time and care going through your IT Disposal consignment, removing any documents, data, pen drives, CD-ROMS and other related literature.

Should we come across any other material which is deemed to be of a sensitive nature, we will contact you in the first instance to discuss how best to proceed with it.

Our shredding service destroys hard drives and other media by reducing to an average particle size of 70mm.

Zero cost disposal

Collection, Data sanitization and asset report, all at zero cost to you, including our Hard drive shredding service.

Document shredding

Computer Waste Ltd are experts in removal of confidential paper documents and bulk paper shredding

Onsite data removal

We will visit your premises and securely erase any data if you wish to monitor the process first-hand.

Nationwide collection

We can collect equipment for recycling from anywhere in the UK with our fleet of vehicles and friendly DBS checked drivers.

Data Sanitization

Data sanitization is a method of erasing all the data from a hard drive in a complete and unrecoverable way.

Our personal and friendly service

We pride ourselves on providing a personal and friendly service when disposing of your IT Equipment.

Our staff will arrive at pre-arranged time and date in one of CWL's vans, wearing CWL uniform and staff ID badge. A waste note will be provided detailing the IT assets collected on the consignment.

All our staff undergo a DBS Check, these checks are carried out to ensure that we employ the right people to carry out their roles to the standard we, and you, our clients, expect.
