Q. What do you charge for collections?
A. In certain circumstances, we will collect and recycle your items free of charge. Contact us to discuss your individual requirements

Q. Are you a registered WEEE business?
A. We are registered with the Environment Agency to collect, store and deal (Recycle) with your WEEE

Q. Do I need to register with the environment agency?
A. If you produce, or intend to produce more than 500kg of hazardous waste in a single year, for example 40 CRT monitors, you must register as a producer of hazardous waste, and pay the stated fee, for more information visit www.environment-agency.gov.uk

Q. Am I suitable to register for the partner program scheme?
A. We suggest you register If you are any large organisation that disposes of a reasonable to large amount of equipment throughout the year

Q. What paperwork do I recieve after you have collected our equipment?
A. You recieve a minimum of a Waste Transfer Note, in some cases you will recieve an asset report and data destruction log certificate

Q. How do arrange a computer disposal collection?
A. You can either email a request to info@computer-waste.co.uk or call us on 01706 844699 and ask to book a disposal

Q. What items do you take?
A. We will collect and recycle anything IT or Telecomms orientated, we specialise in the recycling of PCs, Laptops and TFT Monitors
